HDMI audio buzzing

My HDMI audio buzzes whenever my GPU is doing something (when I'm playing games or even just moving the mouse around on the desktop). To my understanding this should not be an issue because HDMI is digital. This does not happen using the onboard audio. Anyone know how to fix this?
