Rockstar Support

Go to solution Solved by Underi,

If you're perma banned, it's over. They don't care if you say you didn't cheat, their systems detected SOMETHING and that's enough for them to ban you. If you want to play online again you'd better buy a new key.

Okay so i got banned on GTA 5 online for supposedly "hacking" but i did no such thing and i want to know if there's someone i can actually talk to like other than rock-stars twitter and their lousy Submit a Ticket center.

I wondering if they have a number i can call and talk to and actually human of some sort cause i ain't pay 60$ on this game to just get banned for something i didn't do.

Were you using any programs on your computer that have "modding" capabilities that could be detected as cheats because they are? Because if you honestly did you are just wasting your time, their time, and our time :P

If not just go to their support website, the number and emails stuff is there, although they will probably spin you in a loop for email etc

If it was your first time you should be able to play in a month. 2nd time I think it's a perma ban although they might have changed it around who knows. I once got banned for coming back to GTA 5 online on the first day and got money dropped by a hacker (now I didn't remember what I was supposed to do when this happens so I just ignored it and went around doing whatever I was doing) and then I got banned (Probably cuz i used that money). Anyways you can't really do anything about it cuz it's R* and whatever they say goes. They don't really give 2 shits about what happens to you so just deal it with ;(

P.S I did get unbanned as it was my first time all i had to do was wait 30 days

poop

GTA Online has taken Rockstar games from the top of my list together with the likes of Naughty Dog etc right down to the bottom of my list with EA.

Ages ago they removed all but $50,000 of my money and said i had been cheating but i basically played GTA O as an extension of the single player game in that i always played in lobbies alone, not only that but ive never had a mod of any kind so there's zero chance i was cheating or accidentally given hacked money.  Every single dollar i had was earned from grinding missions, then they took it all away and had the gall to fucking email me to tell me that Shark Cards were on sale.  I uninstalled right there and then, Rockstar can go fuck itself when it comes to any of their online bullshit be it GTA Online or the new incoming Red Dead Online.

I suggest just playing single player with all the appropriate mod menus - you can basically get all the online stuff except for the properties.

I switched to that because I like the mod menus to play around with...I have stopped playing with other people months ago, so I dont really see a point in Online anymore.
