Hey there. I'm new to this forum so I apologise in advance for anything I do or say wrong.

I have a ryzen based pc. My complete specs are as follows -

Processor - ryzen 5 1600

Gpu - MSI 1060 6GB Armor edition

Motherboard - gigabyte ga-ab350-gaming 3

Ram - Adata xpg ddr4 3000mhz 16gb single stick

Psu - corsair vs650

Cabinet - corsair 100r

Cpu cooler - cooler Master hyper 212x

Ssd - liteon 240gb ssd

Hdd - seagate barracuda 1tb

So I bought the parts and assembled my pc last year in May. I use this pc to stream and game. Earlier I used to get great fps while playing csgo (300+ on all low 1024x768 resolution) but later on it dropped to 200 and in fortnite I used to get 240+ fps but it dropped to 140ish on all low. And everytime I used to blood the pc I used to see the bios boot screen (where you can choose whether you want to access your bios, change your boot preferences etc) but in the recent past that screen never showed up and everytime I wanted to access bios I had to reset my cmos.

I thought there might be some problem with my windows so I tried reinstalling it but then I found out that my pc won't post if there is a USB device in it while restarting and while installing Windows the USB device had to be connected and it restarts several times. So then a few of my friends suggested that my motherboard was faulty so I decided to claim warranty and sent it for RMA. I received my mobo a week later and they said that there was no defect found.

I installed windows again and everything seemed to be working fine but then I noticed that the bios screen wasn't showing again and my fps also dropped again.

I've heard that while streaming only 20-40 fps should drop but in my case while streaming fortnite on all low in game settings and using nvenc encoding I hardly used to get 100 fps.

I have no clue what is wrong with my pc and I'm not that well versed with pc related issues. I'm just a gamer with a tiny bit of pc related information. Any help will be appreciated as I'm at my wits end and cannot figure out what I wrong.

Make sure the motherboard is mounted properly, with all the stand-off screws in place, and that nothing is in direct contact with the board's traces. Check your temperatures to make sure nothing is overheating. If you can, try using a different stick of ram and a different graphics card. Lastly, try a different power supply.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Cpu temps don't go above 60 and gpu temps are at 70-75 degrees. The motherboard is mounted properly AFAIK. I'll try using different psu, gpu and ram soon
