Malwarebytes Android is used to identify malicious apps, not uninstall them. You'll need to go into your settings and manually uninstall from Internal Storage > Apps. MobiDash often comes in the form of Punch Club, but may be under a different name in your case. If the ads that Mobidash generates are still appearing, you will need to clear your cache under Internal Storage > Cached data and restart.

I've uninstalled like every single application I've installed recently and cleared cache and ads are still there.

Edit: clears cache again and haven't gotten an ad yet. Crossing my fingers

Thank  you for the help!

Update 2: it didn't fix xD the ads are still there xD

If you can't find which app is causing the problem, it probably gave itself admin privileges after being installed. Apps with admin privileges can hide from view while remaining operational. You can revoke this privilege by going under Security > Advanced > Device admin apps.
