And in where I live there is not alot of second hand used rams for sale, and if I can find some listing all of them are about the same price as new

I have Corsair cx600 psu.

CsGo, Euro truck simulator, Insurgency. Those are the games that I play daily.

1080p

For now i can't upgrade all of the component because I just blew all of my money for drivers licenses

That sucks. In my part of the world (Philippines), 4GB DDR3 is quite cheap at roughly $30 (USD) for used stuff but this are basically sticks pulled from pre-built systems so not well known brands.

Anyways, with your 1060 already purchased, you should just stick to upgrading in this order:

1) RAM to 8GB at least as cheap as you can. This usually yields noticeable performance improvements in games.

2) Add SSD for faster load times in games.

For 3 years I had a PC with

i5 3450

MSI GTX 660 Ti Pe

4GB of RAM

So now i bought a MSI 1060 3GB ARMOR edition and thinking about upgrading my RAM's to 8 is it worth it, or it's better to Upgrade CPU too?

And what CPU you would recommend.

If 4GB of memory is limiting you in any way, memory comes first before the CPU.

Same concept applies for your CPU; if it's the limiting factor or it's slow, then upgrade that first.

Maybe I'm mistaken and you just want upgrade advice for your existing rig that's to be paired with that 1060?

Depending on what part of the world you are from, used DDR3 is now quite cheap.  You could upgrade to at least 8gb on that rig of yours and pair it with the 1060 3GB. Also, an SSD would be a welcome addition.

But before anything else what PSU do you have? Make sure it's quality one that can power your rig and that 1060 of yours.

With that out of the way, what games do you play?

Also at what resolution do you play?

And one more thing if you're considering upgrading everything except the video card perhaps, how much is your budget?

CPU: Sempron 2500+ / P4 2.8E / P4 2.6C / A64 x2 4000+ / E6420 / E8500 / i5-3470 / i7-3770
GPU: TNT2 M64 / Radeon 9000 / MX 440-SE / 7300GT / Radeon 4670 / GTS 250 / Radeon 7950 / 660 Ti

For simple gaming, your current CPU will do just fine. I was playing PUBG on an i5-3470. Upgrade your RAM and your graphics card and you should be fine.

What games do you play and what settings do you want to play them at?

Thanks for the help. But one more question what kind of SSD would you recommend

Whatever you can afford. :) But from what most people recommend here in the forums for a something bigger than 128GB. Basically aim to install some of yours games in the SSD instead of the old method of a small SSD just for the O.S. and then all programs and files on the HDD.
