It does, yes. I can confirm since I have 3 of these Corsair SP120 fans. There's a fan controller and also a fan hub to connect all of the RGB goodness.

sorry for late replay

if it does how can i install it on my pc ?

There's no software for it. (At least to my knowledge)

All of the lighting is controlled through the physical controller and fan hub.

i will explain this for you my mobo only have 1 3 pin sys fan there is no more than one

so how to put 3 fans on one 3 pin sys-fan with the fan controller ??

Most controllers don't connect to mobo. The point of them is that you use knobs, touchscreens or remotes to set fans to speeds you like. They get power directly from PSU.

You could just get 3-way 3pin splitter. This would mean that all 3 fan will run at same speed. But otherwise its all good as headers can power up to 4 fans (depends on fan specs).

Controllers that hook to mobo use USB as interface and software for setting speeds. If you want BIOS or motherboard software to control things, we would be talking about hub. Hub is kinda like splitter, but has external power. There are two kinds. One without any speed controls (3pin with external power) and one with PWM based controls (uses PWM header on mobo). Most PWM hubs require fans to be PWM too to get best out of them. But there's at least one model which converts PWM signal to voltage control for 3pin fans.
