Hey guys, just finished upgrading my CPU and motherboard and I have a strange issue that I don't know if I should be worried or not. When I do a complete shutdown and restart, everything works perfectly. However, if I enter BIOS setup or restart from Windows, the fans turn off for a second, CPU debug light comes on and than the boot sequence continues into Windows normally. The CPU debug light stays on during until I shut down the PC. I haven't run into issues once the PC is fully booted but the light is still on. I haven't noticed this issue initially with the F4 version of the BIOS but I think it started after flashing to F6. Flashing went without issues and booting was faster as it was supposed according to release notes. I've restore default settings and clear CMOS but it still does the same thing. What could be the cause of this issue? Should I worry about any of my hardware or could it just be a software bug?

Here are my PC specs:

i5-8400

Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb G1 Gaming

Aorus H370 gaming 3 wifi

Hyper X 2x4gb @ 2133mHz

EVGA G2 650W

Corsair Force LE 240GB

Windows 10 home edition build 1803

This is my first time posting on a forum so I'm not sure if i'm missing something, but lets give this a try.

Thank!
