My Spec 

Moba: z270f

CPU: i5 7600k 

RAM: 2x Dominator Platium

Cooler: Cryorig h7 Lumi

Case: h500p Mesh

 

i need help to find a new moba that can fit the h7 and the tall dominator as i can't fit the h7 in my current build (might be me that is stupid)

new motherboard won't fix your ills/needs.

gunna have to make a decision on the cooler or the RAM.

same problem, the height is killing your choices. the front fan on the heatsink will have to be moved up on the fin stack so far, the fan becomes mediocre at best.

H7 is designed the way that it doesn't obstruct RAM slots at all on mATX and larger boards. Can't say for sure with ITX stuff. Whats your issue with it?

 

(Side question: Why have premium RAM and budget cooler?)

i fixed it but only 3/4 of the fans is on the heatsink

 

The rams becuase i got them for free and don't think it is really worth going for expensive cooler on a i5 7600k

You could also just use slots 2&4 instead of slots 1&3. That leaves one empty RAM slot closest to cooler.

Man, this took a while to understand. Heatsink is "wrong" way around. If you have it another way, turn 180 degrees around, it would fit to see all 4 RAM slots. See:
