pcpartpicker doesnt have price for power supply, screenshot doesnt have price for case. tried to keep it under £1500,

any suggestions? chances are im not overclocking, so motherboard/power is overkill, but i want it relatively quite and the bundles a pretty decent deal. ive only used 500gb of storage over the last 4 years in my current pc so dont need to go mental. blower fan is like 200 quid off. using aria.co.uk in screenshot

doesnt have to be rbg. but why not?

will probs be buying tomorrow going to use g2a for windows key

PCPartPicker part list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/QRDqbX
Price breakdown by merchant: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/QRDqbX/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor  (£303.59 @ Aria PC) - Good choice. The 8700k is the best gaming CPU today
CPU Cooler: Corsair - H115i PRO 55.4 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  (£115.19 @ Aria PC) - The H115i PRO is quieter than the Kraken X62 plus you don't have to deal with NZXT CAM
Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  (£142.16 @ Amazon UK) - Why do you want a Maximus X Hero?
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  (£201.58 @ More Computers) - Waste of money if you ask me, get the GeIL Super Luce and an a Z370-A if you really want RGB but you asked for it
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (£89.99 @ Aria PC) - good choice
Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£50.39 @ Aria PC) - I always put 2TB HDDs but you could downgrade to 1tb if you only need that much
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB AMP Edition Video Card  (£419.99 @ Amazon UK) - The 1070 Ti performs pretty much the same as the 1080 and this good aftermarket cooler will actually mean it performs better because the 1080 has that awful Gigabyte Turbo blower cooler, not to mention it'll be much quieter,
Case: Fractal Design - Meshify C TG ATX Mid Tower Case  (£75.59 @ Aria PC) - That config has no case so I chose one for you. This is the best case on the market today other than Fractal's own Define R6 which is really expensive
Power Supply: Corsair - TXM Gold 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (£71.99 @ Ebuyer) - 750w is really overkill for that build. Even 650W is a bit overkill but it was only  £1 more than the 550W model TXM. The TXM is a great PSU too so no need to worry about that
Total: £1470.47

Since you wont be overclocking there is no need for Z370 mobo nor the 8700k.

Seasonic 650 watt PSU that will fit eight into the build and offer plenty of expansion for the future

Maybe, but in that case only reference design cards will be available. Don't buy those. They suck compared to AIB partner cards. Wait a few months for better designs to be released.

Why the expensive motherboard ?

Also if you are not planning to overclock then go i7 8700 and a B360 chipset etc. Spend a bit less on the cooler as well for the non 'K' cpu and you could get a 1080 ti instead of that 1080.

You won't need 750W either. A 550W would do fine.
