xBlaster CK3 installation issue

Hi there, I couldn't really find a great place to put this and found that this was the most accurate category due to the nature of the xBlaster CK3. The issue I am having is simple, I got the item second hand and something is missing. I got it for free though so I can't complain. The part I am missing is referred to on the official installation guide as a 'SATA Exchange Unit' however a quick Google search returns no relevant results. Attached is an image of the missing part grabbed from the official guide, thank you for your time.
