CPU Temp while Browsing

So I noticed that my fan is blowing hot air while I'm just browsing. I downloaded CAM by NZXT and viewed that CPU's current temp.

Pretty much yeah. Depending on what CPU and cooler you have the average will be higher or lower. But that seems around the right area for (if I remember correctly) your A10.

A10 9700 7th Gen i'm using a Cooler Master Blizzard T2. So I shouldn't increase my fan speed? Since my board has Gigabyte Smart Fan 5 in it. It's just in the default preset never configured it tho.

Yeah that seems normal. But if you really want to make sure, download a synthetic CPU stressing application to see how high it will go.

The APUs always run hot, no matter what they're doing. I had an A10 7870-K... that thing could melt steel under load. 50-60C average while idling. Completely normal temps.

I see. So there is no need to increase my fan speed? Since my board has Gigabyte Smart Fan 5 in it and It's just in the default preset never configured it tho.

No need. They just naturally run hot. You could change the fan speed if you'd like but I doubt it would make a significant temperature change, if at all.

I see. I just noticed it when I put a new Graphics Card in it, but before when I was just using my iGPU it doesn't blow hot hair out of the fan when just browsing except if I play some games in it. Thanks a lot tho.

one more thing. Smart Fan 5 only applies to the fan that has been connected directly to the motherboard right? ie: CPU Fan?

The fan controller is on the motherborad, yes?

Then yeah, any fan plugged into the motherboard you can control through the BIOS. Including your CPU fan.

Then if I plug once of my fans into the motherboard and connect the rest into the molex of the plugged fan in motherboard so that I can control the 4 remaining fans that I have. But I think it won't be safe or advisable right?
