Can PIA do it?

One day i was sitting in my room watching a youtube video about when games started costing 60 euro, and that got me thinking that it's probably 60 in some other currency, turns out an autralian dollar is about half a euro. Would i be able to use PIA to change my location for steam to down under and then get games at almost half off?

Australian Steam store is in USD, and we get bent over a barrel with game prices as well.
