KEYBOARD does weird things

I was pressing keys and random things would happen like opening  new tabs, or having the wrong letter or letters, type when I press a key.

Pressing M, Z, X, C, V  opens "My Computer"

Pressing Enter activates windows narrator voice
B, N and AROW keys doesn't work and over all weird things like that is my keyboard broken?

 I tried Control, Shift, and alt. But doesn't work ....

 

It was painful to write this using On-Screen keyboard please help.

Does "W" open Windows Ink Workspace? If so, you have the same annoying bug myself and a bunch of friends got after playing GTA V, for some reason. It triggers something with keyboard shortcuts on some builds. I don't quite remember how to fix it manually, but for me, it eventually fixed itself in about an hour. I had to do a manual fix for my friend. I know there is a way. By any chance, have you recently played GTA V? Lol. It seems to make this happen to a lot of people.

Have you recently enabled any Windows shortcuts enabled because I can't help but feel like those are Windows shortcuts.
