Can i use a cpu cooler for the rog Poseidon 1080 ti???

If you meant to use an AIO CPU cooler and connect it to the Poseidon, then no. You would need to get fittings, pump/reservoir, tubes, radiator and create a custom water loop to watercool it.

yeah man you can rig a cpu cooler to a GPU if you really want to.

Maybe look at an after market AIO watercooler, like the nzxt G12 and a kraken

Assuming there's a nice heatsink under that shroud, attaching some fans to it shouldn't be that big of an issue. I believe linus showed it can be done in about half an hour with some zip-ties.

If none of those are viable options, the NZXT G12 should work fine, as was also mentioned.
