3D ground design software

I need some advice from anyone that can give it, I have been asked to look into software that can design gardens, so we can show customers what their gardens will look like after our work. I came across one piece of software 'Architect 3D' which cost's from £24 to £144 and it can import designs from Autocad.

 

Now looked at Autocad itself and that cost's £1,758.00/ year.

 

Now Autocad I can get a trial basis off for 30 days, the Architect 3D I can not, so with this price difference to me the Architect 3D seems a bit too cheap.

 

In all honesty, when I was asked about this, the first idea that came to my head was a piece of software using the Unreal engine or another 3D game engine so we could walk the customers around and create a simple world for them based of the design of their own home.

 

Does anyone know of a piece of software that can do this, basically where I can draw a 3D world, place items like tree's garden bench's, fences and so forth in it then using a 3D engine walk around it?
