its happening right after i clean wiped the system. I think its some nvidia / windows setting.

What's your CPU usage and temps for both CPU and GPU? VSync?

High gpu usage doesnt mean that higher performance(fps in games) you will get, but high gpu usage will come with more power drain and more heat for sure. In any case, if you want higher gpu usage u can increase resolution and graphics quality settings in games.

 

If gpu usage droped after the driver update, it should be wellcomed because nvdia engineers have done their job pretty good in aspect of optimization
