Ram frequency green screen bug

Hello,
My new pc arrived yesterday with a ryzen 3 2200g, gigabit ab350 gaming atx mobo and gskill 2x4gb ddr4 2666.
I saw the ram was not runing at 2666 but 2133 so i went to the bios and changed the xmp from disabled to profile 1. I saved and rebooted but when logging in on the pc the screen turns fully green. How can i run my ram at 2666 without this problem?
Plz help me.
