Best sub-$500 pc built?

Recently, my dad allowed me to built my first system and his max buget for me is 600. I've minus the sreen off my buget so that'll be $500. Can anyone recommenced me a build? I'm planing to do light gaming like Minecraft and Fortnite. I'm also planning on recording them and do light video editing with Vegas Pro. Thank you in advanced.

You need to fix your title. :P I think $600 is a bit low for a new PC. Look at second hand.

i know, but my parents refused to buy 2nd stuff :(

also 2nd hand stuff in my country are  pretty pricey. i3-2100, 8gb ddr3 and gt 1030 go for $400 which is ridiculous.

Oh wow. Anyway, I'd say save up another $150-200.
