Pc wont boot

Hi, my friend built pc for me,installed windows 10 succesfully and after that it turned off itself.
When he tried to boot it again there was nothing on screen.
Pls help.

MB:ASRock AB350M Pro4
CPU:Ryzen 3 1200
GPU:Gigabyte RX 560 GAMING OC 4GB
RAM:ADATA XPG 2x4GB 3000Mhz
SSD:Transcend 128GB
HDD:WD Caviar Blue 1TB
PSU:Chieftec SMART SERIES 550W

When turning on the fans start spinning?

I think they are

There is nothing on screen

Pc is at my friends home

He says it could be cpu,mobo or ram

When you say "nothing" do you mean "at all"; or: does the video card logo appear at the top left, does the Asrock symbol and/or ram count show up?

Start from zero- unplug the PC, disconnect the hard drives. Check the manual- there will be a 1-2-3 pin connector near the battery- pull that off, place on the other two (say, 1-2, to 2-3), count to five, replace back to original 

Replug, check the video card cable and monitor power plug, press the go button.

Does a light come on to tell that power to the PC came on? Same for the monitor?
