Preparing automatic repair screen

Hello, I have an Aourus z370 gaming 5 with an 8700k. Today I booted up my computer and it said preparing automatic fix. After a few minutes the screen went blank. Any fixes? I have not put in a new graphics card, I don’t have one. I have 32gb of Corsair vengeance RAM. And a bequiet dark rock 3 cooler. Also I haven’t even tried to overclock because I don’t know how to.

Motherboard: Aourus Gaming 5, CPU: Intel i7 8700k, GPU: Asus ROG Strix 1070ti, RAM: Corsair Vengence LED 3200 MHz, SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB, Cooler: BeQuiet Dark Rock 3. Case: Corsair 570x
