GTA 5 endless launcher loading screen

I cannot launch gta 5,it just stays in the launcher with a black screen or occasionally it will give me the slideshow thing but it wouldn't still load.It used to work before however i dont know why it doesnt work now.. :(

 

edit:I have tried running steam as admin,moving the rockstar game files and going into the files and changing all permissions to full control
