is it normal for a 4770k to be in the high 50s  on intel burn test and iam using an h320

High 50's isn't bad at all. Don't get worried until you hit 80c.

 

My 4770 gets to nearly 80c on intel burn test with a 212EVO in Push/pull.

the idle temps are in the mid 30s to low 20s

I just updated my bios.I ran my 4770k@stock/ H100i  for 30 min.

Aida64 Stability Test:  Idle temp 27c, max temp was 55c

Well my 4670K stock loads at around 50C with a slim 120mm radiator when I run AIDA64 on it for a couple of minutes. I would recommend using AIDA64 or Intel XTU for stress testing on Haswell. What are your AIDA64 (cpu,fpu,cache,memory) load temps?
