IM looking to make a gaming system for 700-800 usd I have a case hard drive and SSD from my old computer is this a good system any suggestions

im open to any amd or intel but i want the newest gen either Pinnacle Ridge or coffeecake. I intend to play games like fortnite 1080p upwards of 60 fps I would also like to video recording through obs and the possibilite of light streaming

If he's doing just gaming, I would think an i5-8600k might be a better option due to the single core speed. Or even just using the ryzen 5 1600 would save him $100

Yeah, but it's also a little murky on the morality side.  People buy keys from Microsoft in volume licensing, then sell them individually for cheap, which you're not supposed to do.

The BestBuy $399 1070 comes in the clutch. 2600X should be fine for your tasks.
