yep. i use 4 Corsair fans with a fan controller from thermaltake. works fine. just make sure the fan controller you're buying has the correct connectors on it for your fans.

Yes, fans have standard headers. Fans are either PWM (4pin) or DC (3pin). Hub would need to match with headers, otherwise they might not be physically compatible.

 

If fan has separed RGB control/power connector, that needs its own thing.
