My computer shudowning

Hello good people i have problem with my pc , my computer shutdowning  i can't be on chrome on anything.I use windows 7 when my windows get to point starting windows pc shutdown and won't start.Then if  get in BIOS and set all default alreday is on default but i anyway set agine save and exit BIOS.then windows start without shudowning on starting windows weird right ?! I cleand my pc 3 times but it's same , when pc shudown i can't start him.Only if i on power supply press O and I then i can start pc on main button werid right. So i open my power supply it was drtiy i cleand power supply and i find out that my colling fan not roll perfect but that probllay won't make pc to shutdown.My CPU temperatuere is 10% is good in anyway when my pc shutdown everything is could like GPU ,CPU  , Power supply weird ! I didn't try new power supply be couse i don't have much money to spend just for testing. Thank you for reading if anoyone can help would be great !

Does event viewer mention anything?

Your grammar is very poor and it's very hard to read your wording.

 

However, it would be nice if you gave us all of your PC specs. Your problem is indicative of a PSU issue.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
