It's an m.2 SSD? You didn't mention that part. Do you have sufficient lanes for it? Is it properly pligged in and secure? Please double check everyhing. As worst case scenario you might have to RMA it.

yes forgot to mention it. the problem was in the bios settings, had to go to onboard devices configuration and from there chance pci exchange to m.2 mode. it was on auto. but thanks for replys?

Good job figuring it out. I was starting to wonder what the problem was, sounded strange.
