Randomized mouse movements

Which hotkey software (or even macrorecorder prehaps) allows you to move/jump your mouse cursor a certain distance within a given frame randomly? Would like to have a one click option and i prefer movements above jumps. It also would come in handy is it weren't straight jumps but more like a horse in chess. Though that last feature wouldn't be necessary at all.
