my pc is not posting

I was setting up a new led fan on my pc today and when I turned it on it seemed to work, I turned it back off to do some cable management and now it wont output to a display. The fans spin up and the diagnoses leds go through the cpu and ram but not through vga.  

I am runing a msi tomahawk b350 with a ryzen 5 1600 and a gtx 1060
