It's not usually possible to change the graphics card in a laptop. They are almost always soldered to the motherboard. Provided you have an adequite CPU, that GPU should run Rainbow Six Siege perfectly fine (at med settings). PUBG, however, is a different story. I have a GTX 1060 6gb in my laptop, and to get 60fps I have to put most settings on medium, so I don't think you could run it very well.

CPU = central processing unit, so yes. Those things.

 

The mx150 is okay for games like fortnite and overwatch. Siege has higher requirements I think and PUBG is unoptimized even on good computers. Your best bet is to get a laptop with a 1050 instead.
