USB 2.0 non working

Hey,

I got a Laptop 2 1/2 years ago and after having some bugs in windows and registry problems I decided to make a fresh install of Windows on my new SSD. One of my bugs that I had before the reinstall were that the two usb 2.0 ports didn't work but the usb 3.0 port did. In device manager it said "not migrated". And now after the install the problem still exists but now it shows up as correctly working.

I can't find any things on the web that help.

Please help me troubleshoot
