How to color?

Hey im wondering if it is possible to make multi coloured text in this forum (noob) I know the procedure for the html code should be something like this?

Well look in my sig :D Easiest way to do it by going to this site LINK put your text in and pick the colours you want then select the 'Standard Forum Code' in the 'Output Code:' then copy the code and in the editor box here on the forum click the icon in the top left corner (looks like a switch) which will show you the code for your text and paste the generated code by the website.

I was going to be a smartass and say that you should stay inside the lines but this isn't one of those topics... :D

 

If you want multicolored text you're going to have to put the code for each color for each and every character. Which I think you've got done right in the second half of your post but I don't remember how well the actual names of colors work when coding, so I'd just use the values for the colors instead.
