Missing Steam Games

So basically i parted out some old pc's and bought a gpu for a computer for another house. It has been working perfectly fine except recently only steam games have been uninstalling without me doing it. I have checked and i have more than enough storage to house the games. It has happened to pubg 3 times and just happened to my csgo download. Is this from the hard drive being old or something else?

Sometimes you have to remind steam where your games are installed if they aren't installed on the drive Steam is installed to.
