Internet doesnt work properly help plz ty <3

Recently me n my family moved and didnt have internet so we bought like sim card internet so i could share through my phone with mobile hotspot and thought i could play on my pc with usb tethering which i have done before because Tcom takes 30 - 60 days to transfer everything.

So i bought it and this monday i used usb tethering and had no problem playing i mean i did have high ping because everyone else was using it but i had internet and i could watch or download stuff which was good enough. Then after closing down cs i noticed i had no internet which was weird because my phone and tethering was still connected and was still sharing internet but i shrugged it off cause i was logging off either way. The next day i use tethering again but had a problem because i wasnt getting any internet on my pc . It had the yellow triangle so i use the shitty windows diagnose and google fixes n shit n i tried fixing it but had no luck. Called my friend and still no luck .
Today tcom came which was very weird that they came so fast but he plugged the router and everything but again i had no internet on pc when i connected it with ethernet cable .
I unistalled all the drivers because that could have been an issue.
Nothing
Went in to safe mode and it was working.
Updated all the drivers cause myb it was a small glitch but again no luck.
Now i am writting this from safe mode hoping to get some help
Please i am desperate cause i just want my pc to be problem less.

Yes i tried plugging in a diffrent port and turning on n off and reseting but no luck

This was probably an external change in the software, did you have an antivirus program that might've flagged it as a virus? Check your internet settings as well, as they might've changed.
