Graphics card dead ?

Hello people,

 

I think my graphics card died on me, and want some confirmation.

I tried to play For Honor and after a few minutes my whole computer locked up.

I turned off my pc and turned it back on, and after the windows logo I got a blue screen with error code:  IRQL Less of Equal.

This code means a hardware of driver issue right ??

I uninstalled my driver with DDU and tried to startup my pc with the onboard graphics with succes.

After that I reinstalled the card and installed the drivers again with no succes, while installing the drivers my screen stayed black.

 

I think this is a sign that it's dead.

I’ve had it turn black during driver install. Just waited it out for like 5 minutes then hard reset and all was good with the driver. The Gforce software wasn’t installed properly though so I had to redo it.
