"Just got a Ryzen 5 1600, MSI b350 tomahawk, and 2x[4]gb [G. Skill 3200] ddr4 in the mail. I've put everything together correctly, but I don't get any boot. All the lights come on, GPU fans spin, CPU fans spin, but monitors are black, and mouse and keyboard don't light up. 

There's no beep code, but there's a light for "CPU" on, on the debug LEDs. It's not flashing, just a solid light. Everything else functions correctly, so what should I do? I've tested ram, reset CMOS, all the usual. DOA cpu or board?" I have the same Issue as this guy, but I can seem to solve it, I also constantly get blue screens on Windows with "clock_watchdog" errors and others as well. Like stated before, everything is working, fans spinning, just the CPU light red on the motherboard and no beeps to accompany it. I'm also rocking the GeForce GX 750 Ti so does that have anything to do with it? I haven't overclock the Ryzen 5 1600 at all, but boosted up the Ram from the default 2133 to 3200.

There's your problem. Beyond 3000ish MHz ram on Ryzen 1 generally needs to be manually overclocked.

 

Also your symptoms are nothing like those of the person you "quoted"

Sorry about that, but I can't get the PC to do anything but start up, it's giving power to everything and all of it is running, just that the CPU isn't being recognized or something by the motherboard, I know that the symptoms werent the same, but that was before it started, I researched a bit on it and it said that the threads weren't getting the information they were requesting for which ended up crashing the whole thing, I them decided to overclock the Ram to see if this would fix it, but after restarting twice from different error codes, the CPU light suddenly lit up and I wasn't posting anymore

What board do you have? Reset the CMOS.

I haven't done one, I don't know how to either...

Reset the CMOS using the procedure on page 36 of the manual.

After Resetting the CMOS and replacing everything, just taking it out and putting it back in, it all started working again, thanks! And quick question, why was it the ram that was the issue, but the CPU light turned on?

Ram speed is tied to some internal CPU systems (infinity fabric) that on first gen ryzen have a hard time going north of 3000MHz.
