Help .windows file is missing

My .windows file is missing / lots of folders in the Local Disk C is hidden and only can be access if you Openfile Location or Typing the Location Map

 

I remember that if I reinstalled my new OS it will backup all my files to a folder named (.windows) 

 

How can I make the folders I made appear on my Local Disk C:? And Can someone give me the Location Map of the .window file
