PC freezes while playing games

so month ago my PC freezed while I was playing PUBG and on some other games, I had some problems while downloading some stuff from chrome and unraring and smthng. but mostly from PUBG. It's super rare while I'm playing other games or just doing desktop things. I checked Event Viewer and I got this error "Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0". I tried to do this solution http://prntscr.com/juodyg but it didn't work. btw last time I was on 8.1 windows I turned off BITS which was in services.msc and it didn't crashed for 2 weeks but after that it crashed again. While I was playing PUBG and it freezes I still can ALT+TAB but nothing more and I saw that usage was 100% of SSD so I tested my SSDLife and some other programs and it was working fine + I did memtest and there was no errors.

I will try clear boot tomorrow and BIOS update, these one is my last chance atm.

Anybody have any ideas how to fix this?
