How can i log onto my laptop if i forgot the password, as soon a si boot up my laptop, 3 seconds later it shows this screen

That is very easily done. You should remove and put back the CMOS battery. It will reset the BIOS memory.

Won't always work, many times on laptops this setting will not be erased by removing the CMOS battery, depends on the mfgr and sometimes it's an option you can enable or disable in the BIOS as well.

True, but OP might as well start by trying the easy solution first... no? :D

If you never set that up (which can only be done in the BIOS and isn't linked to any windows OS log in) then you'll have to find out who did it and extract the password from them.

Otherwise, you'll have to hope that the laptop has a password clear jumper or pulling the battery clears that password as all you have is an expensive doorstop.

Removing the battery and turning on the laptop still brought me to the password
