Mapping a Server Drive

I'm completely new to this and need help. I'm running windows server 2016 on my Dell PowerEdge T30. How do I create a shareable drive that my windows 10 laptop can connect to? Ideally, using my 2x4tb raid 1 NAS drives (either software or hardware raid). Essentially, I'm trying to create a location that I can access film for my video editing that is redudently stored in case of screw ups.

Does my laptop have to wired via ethernet? Or can I access it wirelessly as long as both the server and the laptop are on the same network?

As long as it's on the same network, you can access the drive. You can even switch between wired and wireless on the same network and not have to reconnect/change anything to access the drive.
