Keyboard and mouse options

So I am currently looking for two new complete sets of peripherals. One for my gaming desktop workstation and one for my workstation at work. I'm looking for the nice tactile feel for both, and for the business side I'd still like a tactile and clicky feel, but maybe toggle-able rgb? There are so many options hard to figure out what to buy. I already have the g103 board and hate it as far as typing experience goes.

Why would you need RGB in an office environment. Most offices outside of LMG would not appreciate these vulgar gamer aesthetics.
