Need help building a new PC

Hi, I need some suggestion to build a pc for my church.

I'm an IT undergrad, but I know a little of building a PC.

 

Budget is around 800euro - 1000euro

 

The PC is gonna be use for presentation and in the future for a livestream.

 

I want something that will last for a long time.

For presentations you don't need anything very powerful.  I teach a lot of EMS classes and a laptop with powerpoint (open office impress if trying to save money) will do the job.  A laptop may work better than a desktop in that situation in case you have to deliver a presentation at another location. ie. AA meeting, another church, local communty group etc.

 

I have no experence with livestreaming, so I'm afraid I have no advice for that.

Do I need a more powerful graphics card or a processor? (Sorry for not mentioning it the pc will be also used for video/audio recording).

 

Can you suggest some specifications?

You might want to try running a search on youtube for video editing build options.  It looks like there is a lot of different videos there, so you can get a variety of opinions and try to decide which is best for what you need.  You might also want to try open office and mess around with a linux OS.  That could cut your cost down since they are free.

no way is he gonna need all that for livestreaming. a 2200G APU rig will be more than enough. which country are you in?

You might want to go with a HDD instead of an SSD.  Videos take up a lot of memory.
