A Network Problem

Hello 

So on my Pc there is a pretty weird problem I can use my google chrome browser (infact I am writing this on my browser) but every other progamm that uses Internet (Steam,other browsers,online games) does not work there is no special message or something all of them just say that I have no Internet connection which isn´t true i´ve been living way to long without Steam please help and if you have question ask me. sorry for my bad gramma.
