itunes recording question

I have rented a movie on iTunes, and I would like to screen record a section of it for my own personal use (I want to practise my editing skills on it, as I think I could move the order of events that round). I have a few questions about this: 

 

1. What is a screen recorder that can record itunes rented movie footage on windows 10? 

 

2. Will apple know I am screen recording it? Does itunes have a function built in to see if it is being screen recorded? I ask this as I don't want them to think I am trying to record it to distribute it or something, as I am actually only using it to practise editing. I am worried if they find out they might suspend my account or something. 

 

P.S. I am in the UK if that matters.
