Get a threadripper then.

Much cheaper than a similar xeon, but the same  performance.

You can get the 32thread threadripper 1950x.

 

For 500$ and 300$ the best deal is the 2700x with it's 16 threads.

For 3922.9690000$ (500$) and 2353.7814000$ (300$) the best deal is the 2700x with it's 16 threads.
