Screen freezes

Hey guys. I have recently noticed that my screen freezes for about a second at a time. It is really beginning to freak me out because it isn't just a bug a on any particular program, it has happened on Far Cry 5, Fortnite and even YouTube. My graphics card is a gtx 1060 6gb. Any help would be appreciated.

 

*Edit* I discovered that it was my overclock and I have sorted it all out now.

Usual trials include wiggling the card a bit in it's PCIe slot, reinstalling drivers, removing overclocks, and monitoring temps during heavy use like FC5
