Monitor won't work

Disconnect it, don't hook it up to anything.

 

That monitors definitely gone bad, consider taking it to a monitor repair place. You can try to fix it yourself if you've had any experience soldering stuff, though if you don't want to bother then it's garbage.

So for like 3 days my monitor has been causing issues. When my pc starts it won't display anything instead the screen blinks with the power light and keeps doing it over and over.

I've tried restarting the pc but I could hear audio playing through my headphones.. I tried unplugging the monitor power, I switched the port from GPU to mobo.. nothing.. But sometimes it works on its own after I've left it on for a while.

I believe you might have a bad cap in your monitor somewhere. 

 

Since you've already tried different GPU outputs I doubt it's your GPU that's the problem, but just in case do you have a laptop or another desktop to test it out?
