If you're just gaming with it don't use an offset

Get the IBT and set it to Very High, monitor temps with CoreTemp

I'll do that. How long should I be running that test?

The system justrestarted by itself, and the system just locked up. Is it unstable or?

To start do 3 passes not 10 which is the default, don't use Maximum preset as it might hang because there isn't enough RAM available. If you have less than 8GB use High, that way it'll stress the CPU but limit the RAM usage to 2GB

A restart usually means a low vcore or a high temp

If your VID (voltage CPU needs) is greater than the vcore supplied the test will fail

Check if the cooler is enough and properly installed

So I tried that, and it blue screened. I got the message: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT I tried to increase the voltage a tiny bit, and it seems fine now, but I'll have to do more testing to see if it's 100% stable.

EDIT: It seems fine until "level" 5, then it blue-screens.

EDIT 2: I changed nothing but it was stable at level 5.

Do 5 passes, then 10, 15 is enough to know if the CPU will be stable in games and most programs

Temps chart:

Under 70 OK

70-80 Acceptable

80-90 High

90-95 Bad

I did that now, and it didn't crash and the temps are good. So the system is stable.
