So i have a EVGA 1080ti FTW 3, a i7-7700k, 16gb ram @ 3200 Mhz and a 165 hz 1440p momitor i used to be able to play gta at more than 144hz and now im sometimes going in between 60-90 fps my seetings got set to default and idk what to do

Well frame rate and refresh rate are not the same thing. But you can always change the game settings from the menu. Im not completely sure what you're asking help for though, could you clarify?
