Explorer scroll glitching

For some reason on my laptop, when I scroll in file explorer using only the touchpad, it glitches everywhere. It only happens in explorer. Drivers are up to date and so is windows.

Im pretty sure thats something wrong with your touchpad. Is it doing it anywhere else with a scroll bar?

Nope, just in file explorer as far as I know.
