Need help with 4k live streaming setup

Just a little bit of background information, my dad helps out with plays at our local schools and his current goal is to be able to live stream all of the performances.  He doesn't want to be limited by hardware so budget isn't really an issue here and he wants to be able to grow into the equipment and not buy the minimum required.  We want to be able to stream at 4k 30fps on YoutubeLive and need to know what we need to fill out our setup in order to do this hardware/software wise.

Here's a list of the current hardware that we have.

Blackmagic design Hyperdeck Studio Mini

Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K Live Production Switcher

Sony BRC-X1000

Sony PXW-Z150 4K XDCAM Camcorder

We currently have a dedicated computer for editing, this would be just for streaming/encoding the signal that comes out of the Hyperdeck Studio Mini.

That's not an editing pc or the question I asked...

Why don't you stream with that? o.O

And is the titan only temporary or is the whole rig temporary?

Your encoding pc would be fine with this for intel: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Wx29Cb

Or this for ryzen (better option imo): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gn8YdX

Titan is temporary and we want to rack mount the computer that will be streaming.  Keep in mind the editing rig is also now his main computer.

For most streamers, it's easier to separate their two systems, one that is overpowered or just enough for the main work, and another less expensive one to handle other tasks so they don't stress the main pc.

Aren't we going to need a capture card?  What about gpu?

The intel pc doesn't need a video card because the igpu is enough just for an output, you probably won't need it for anything else, and I only put together a list for the pc, but you would have to find a capture card because idk much about that.  I think the ryzen pc would do just as well as the intel one, but it costs less and you can fit a small gpu if you really need it for any other tasks in that case.  This should be a good capture card https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/game-capture-4k60pro

you want to stream in 4K,  what is your internet connection upload bandwidth speed?

the hyperdeck studeio mini ultra is not a capture card and don't buy the elgato card either as it is only hdmi. i recommend something like the blackmagic decklink internal cards or external devices like the ultrastudio 4K

the basic decklink card you can buy is the blackmagic decklink mini recorder 4K or get the SDI or Studio 4K

your 2 cameras will be connected to the switcher and the switcher's PGM out will go to the capture card.  the pgm output on the Blackmagic switcher you want to buy is using SDI connection so you need a capture card that has SDI input if you don't want to use a SDI to HDMI converter and you should avoid using such a converter. if the capture card also includes encoding to the video resolution you want to stream it puts less strain on the computer cpu to encode for streaming

what about audio? does audio come from camera or does it come from an audio mixer with a PA system?

yeah what would i know about cameras or cinematography compared to you tech people.  i've only done this work for nearly 20 years, won a few awards, worked in over a dozen different countries and a few multi million dollar projects
